We understand catering environments, University campuses, Contract catering sites and multi-site operations. We know the pressures you face and the pace you work at. That insight shapes every conversation we have.
Building New Connections
Our Business Development team works closely with new clients. They take the time to understand how each site runs before recommending anything. That means visiting sites. Asking questions. Listening carefully. Then clearly outlining the options that will help each operation reach its goals.
Paul recently stepped into the role of New Business Manager. He has been with Uniware for five years, starting as an Account Manager before moving into new business.
Handing over long-standing relationships wasn’t easy, which says a lot about how much he cares about our clients.
A Trusted Point of Contact
Every Uniware client has a dedicated Account Manager. Someone they know, someone they can call who understands their operation. Spending time onsite is central to how we work. It helps us see the real challenges teams face day to day.
Sometimes improvements are strategic. Sometimes they’re simple observation for example, spotting a till operator manually keying amounts into a separate card machine. And offering an easy solution to become faster, and error free. It’s this practical, hands-on support that makes a real difference.
Gabi is one of the latest additions to our Account Management team. Taking over long-standing accounts requires trust and consistency, and she has built exactly that. She regularly visits sites, listens carefully and works alongside clients to shape solutions around their evolving needs.
Embedded Partnership
Our Key Account Managers go a step further. They act as an extension of the client’s team.
Marcus supports one of our largest UK-wide accounts. With experience as a chef and within contract catering before joining Uniware, he understands operations from every angle.
From front of house to head office. He spends dedicated time building relationships with directors, operational managers and site teams. That depth of understanding builds real partnership.
Experience and Culture
Leading the team is Eliot, who brings over 20 years of sales management experience. His focus has always been long-term relationships, not short-term wins. He stays close to every account, ensuring continuity and consistent support.
Our Marketing team focuses on creating helpful, insight-led content that supports our clients’ development. From case studies and best practice guidance to events that bring people together.
Marketing and Sales work side by side, ensuring everything we share is grounded in real operational understanding.
