UMIS – Ustock is a computerised stock control system running on similar principles to a manual system. It has the advantage of being more flexible with information always available to retrieve. You can quickly get a stock valuation or find out how well a particular item of stock is moving. Ustock is fully integrated with Upos and is marketed under the tradename of Umis (Uniware management information system).

Ustock is widely used in both retail and catering environments and has been designed for businesses dealing with many different types of stock.

Stock and pricing data are integrated with Upos EPoS and purchase ordering system

Ustock and UPoS draw on the same set of data, so you only have to input the data once

Sales Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing are integrated in the system so that stock balances and statistics are automatically updated as orders are processed

Automatic stock monitoring, triggering orders when the re-order level is reached.

Identifying the cheapest and fastest suppliers

Bar coding systems which speed up processing and recording. Ustock comes with its own bar code generation software and allows bar code labels to be created and all bar codes can be read directly from your computer
