Customer Advisors - Uniware Systems
Title: Customer Advisors
Reporting to: Operations Director
The role:
Adding strength to our telephone and Internet
customer help desk operation. This role is an
entry level role into the company and has opportunities
for full career progression through our rapidly
expanding company.
You will provide front line IT support to our
customers on a telephone and Internet based help
desk. We support hardware, Windows® operating
systems and our own point of sale and cashless
system software. Our client base is blue chip
and only candidates with enthusiasm should apply.
Skills:
Good communications skills, a confident outlook
and you need to enjoy speaking to people. Applicants
used to working on the telephone with sales or
operational experience are welcomed although not
essential as full training will be provided.
A good working knowledge of computers is essential
for this role. A working knowledge of Excel, Word,
email and the use of the Internet is also required.
Essential:
The applicant will be seeking a career role in
IT support, a basic understanding of catering
and retail point of sale operations would be useful,
although training can be given.
Responsible for:
Answering incoming customer calls, logging of
customer faults and requests and responsible for
tracking and closing customer calls. There are
opportunities to add value to customers and commission
is available for direct sales that are made to
existing customers.
Training:
In-house operations training will be provided
to the successful applicant.
General:
This position is office based in Rochester, Kent.
Hours of work:
40 hours per week during normal business hours
Monday to Friday. Would consider suitable part
time candidates working mornings or afternoons
only * 5 days per week.
Remuneration:
Salary commensurate with experience.
