Uniware’s virtual cashless account management with no transaction charges

Upay allows the card holder to have complete control of their cashless account over the internet, so like online banking they can manage their account from anywhere anytime.

UPay is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to process transactions in just a few seconds with funds available immediately on the cashless card.

Each user is set up with a unique user name and password to access the online web loading service. When they first enter the site they are required to change the email to a memorable password.

Mini Statement

Request a mini statement detailing summarised information of card re-values and transactions.

Detailed Statement

Request a detailed statement with a full break down of card re-values and complete transaction details. Both mini and detailed statements can be requested at anytime or card users can register to receive them automatically via email each week or month.

Card Top-up

Re-value cashless account on line, using debit or credit card. The website is totally secure and uses Commidea for EfT.

Auto card top-up
Set up an automatic top-up facility on cashless account. Users can set up an automatic card transaction when their card reaches a pre-set minimum balance.

Payroll top-up

Users can select to top-up their account directly from payroll. This can work in different ways, depending on the company’s procedures. The most efficient scenario is to allow employees to run in a debit balance and at a specific time each month UMIS will create a CSV file to update your payroll records.

Function Booking

Users can check the availability of events and book tickets online.

Users can register for our text service. Users simply register their mobile phone number online and when they want to know their account balance they text cashless.co.uk and within seconds they will receive their live balance.

SMS Card Top-up

Users can register to top-up their account via a SMS message, simply by sending the last four digits of their cashless card which automatically re-values their card by a pre-defined amount.

Tailoring the site

The site can be tailored to individual companies to include your logo. As soon as a user has logged on, the system will recognise the user ID and direct them to the correct site.

Advertising packages will also be available to allow you or your caterers to advertise special offers, meal deals, daily menus, etc.
